Skin Serum Base is a mixture of Dimethiconol gum of very high viscosity. It contains 16% of Cyclopentasiloxane, along with Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Diphenyl Dimethicone & Propoxytetramethylpiperidinyl Dimethicone. This product is designed to make the skin soft & smooth, as well as improve the water-resistance properties of waterproof cosmetics/makeup and to make sunscreen creams long-lasting.
It adds an antistatic and glossy effect to the skin and leaves it soft, smooth, & silky.
Recommended usage: 3 – 10% in skin products.
